Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, including back ordered items and pre-order items. While we go out of our way to ensure our products arrive securely and free of defects, we understand that things happen. Products damaged in the shipping process or defective products can be exchanged 30 days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition it was you received; the product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging to qualify. Proof of purchase will also be required.
If you have encountered a problem, please contact us at email@example.com. Once the exchange has been initiated, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions to complete the exchange process. Please do not return items without first contacting us; a proper chain of command helps to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, to allow us to evaluate and correct the issue quickly and completely.
All sales are final. This includes pre-order sales and the sale of back ordered products. Refunds will not be processed.
